Jeff Horsey Solicitor is an established legal firm primarily servicing the Northern Gold Coast region including Coomera, Oxenford, Ormeau, Pimpama and surrounds. Our clientele are located throughout Australia and our team is fully qualified to represent clients in each state and territory.

Meet the team

Jeff Horsey - Principal, Solicitor (LL.B.)

Jeff Horsey is the Principal of the firm and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 18 March 2002. He is also admitted to the role of practitioners held in the High Court of Australia and can appear in every Court in Australia. Jeff has worked in private practice throughout his entire career and has been a partner or principal in each firm since 2004. Since admission he has developed a focus towards family law and criminal matters and provides solicitor advocate services in both jurisdictions. In addition Jeff has a strong focus on conveyancing and property law with a special interest in delivering services to investors based locally, interstate and overseas.

Jeff is a family man as well as an active member of the local business community and has connections within BNI and local networking groups.

Jeff Doherty - Conveyancing Clerk

Jeff Doherty works in the conveyancing department and has been selling residential property in the inner suburbs of Brisbane since 2003.

Jeff enjoys the responsibility and challenges of handling the other side of the contract process. His experience in real estate has given him a great awareness of understanding the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Keeping clients up-to-date and offering sound advice throughout the contract period is the primary goal. Jeff strongly believes that quality service and advice makes all the difference.

Stacy Partridge - Administration

Stacy joined our administration team at the start of the year bringing with her, customer service and business administration skills. 
She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Southern Queensland and aspires to become a solicitor.  She holds a Certificate 2 in Business Administration and a Certificate 1 in Information Technology. 

Stacy is equipped with excellent organisational and time management skills and has the ability to work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that a high level of client service is maintained.

Jana McCormack - Legal Secretary

Jana is the legal secretary at Jeff Horsey Solicitor and she joined the firm in 2011. She is responsible for appointments, organising staff diaries, client liasons, filing, typing and general office organisation.

Jana also assists clients with general enquiries.
